Hypogeal, a grandeur creation otherwise known as "The Floodwater Cathedral", is the city's most eccentric landmark to date. Half a mile below the Earth's surface lies an underground expanse, all bound to the Metropolitan Area. Members of the general public are often subject to dire consequences should they choose to trespass.
